Kunal Borkar brings over 20 years of experience in product development, working across the full cycle from concept to production. His work has been centred on engineering execution, with a strong focus on feasibility, material selection, manufacturing processes, and cost alignment. Each stage is approached with an understanding of how design decisions translate into real world production.
His experience spans consumer appliances, water systems, home electricals, and security products, where performance, usability, and scalability are equally critical. This exposure brings a structured approach to development, where product architecture, component integration, and manufacturing requirements are considered from the start. The outcome is a process that is clear, efficient, and aligned with market realities.
